As the delays begin to mount on his police tribute bike, Paulie finds himself directly in Senior's line of fire – so he gives up his holiday weekend to meet a few key deadlines. Everything goes smoothly until the copper chopper's rear fender doesn't fit, forcing the guys to put out an APB on some much-needed parts. With the police bike's deadline looming, the guys have to go full throttle to finish in time for the big unveiling at the benefit for New York police officers lost on 9/11. Junior and Senior play good cop, grouchy cop as the OCC crew struggles to complete a unique bike to honor the men and women of law enforcement.
